Mail delivery issue

Dear Members, an issue affecting one of our inbound servers (50% of inbound email traffic) between around 14:45 and 15:30 will have caused some mail to have been returned to the sender with \'relay access denied\'. Your sender will have been notified so should attempt again. We do apologise for this error which was caused by a server incorrectly loading (spontaneously) a partially updated configuration file.
