General Outage issues on 23rd May [RESOLVED]

Due to the database outage this afternoon, you may have experienced a variety of issues with your account over a number of hours. In light of the major outage we decided to perform the later-scheduled emergency maintenence there and then in order to minimise overall downtime for our members. 

If any problems still persist, please contact the helpdesk.
