Service Issues [Resolved]

08:30 - Temporary issue caused by the throttle for restoration being too high, we\'re in the process of throttling back to ensure stability of the server.
09:00 - Throttling has been enabled and excess restore processes killed off. Servers are stabilising.
10:15 - Has been running stable for the last hour, Phase 2 restoration is on hold whilst we ensure servers are running as they should. We hope to start this again shortly.
12:00 - Further server ordered to ease restorations. Further restorations will be performed on this new server once fully commissioned. Emergency restorations only will be performed on the current system. If you urgently require an old email that isn\'t visible currently please contact support specifying your username and we\'ll migrate you as soon as possible.

15:00 - Restorations continuing now.
16:00 - Restorations have been running for an hour now with zero stability issues. We expect to have almost all accounts finished by early evening with the process completing by late evening/early morning.
