[Resolved] Service Issues

We've suffered another degraded disk on one of our storage servers. Tuesdays' disk has already been replaced but is still being brought up to speed so the failure of the second disk in the same machine has severely compromised performance.

The service is extremely slow at the moment, we advise that you check your email later on unless its vital. We're in the process of determining our best course of action given that we've had 2 brand new (about a month old) drives fail.
[Updated 18:00] Service remained stable all afternoon whilst maintenance was carried out.
